FIREMEN HONOR RODMAN FOR 40 YEARS OF SERVICE
The
O'Neill firemen held their annual awards dinner Saturday at the fire
hall in O'Neill.
Honored on his 40th year of service was Jim Rodman. "Jim is a big asset to the department and has been for quite a long time," commented Chief Rod Ludemann. "Jim is adamant about the mechanical upkeep of the vehicles put to his charge and never neglects the physical appearance as well. Jim is very knowledgeable about fire fighting and the equipment used in the profession. Jim is more than an asset to the department he is an asset to the community."
Other
firemen receiving awards were Don Baker for 25 years of service, Don
Dugan and Chris Slack with five years of service and Phillip Summers
and Rachel Kohlman with one year of service.
